Eldama offers Managed IT, Security and LAN Support for companies wishing to outsource these
services to third parties. In many cases, these can be offered in conjunction with internal ICT
teams to supplement your internal capabilities with our broad ranging expertise as an ICT
company. Our expertise includes Cyber Security, Firewalls, Network and many more areas,
backed up by our team who carry multiple certifications from many global vendors. By
outsourcing some of your IT requirements to Eldama, you take the headache away from your
company and give it to a company whose expertise lies in IT.

how this works

We are able to offer you multiple options from Remote Support Only to full time personnel based
in your offices every day. We build the solution to ensure that we can quickly and efficiently
resolve any IT issues that you may experience. Onsite engineers will provide necessary technical
support and assistance to ensure all IT related equipment operates as required. This covers PCs,
Servers, Printers and any other items agreed upon as part of this support contract. Configuration
of new devices or changing configurations on request from the Client will be done as required.
Remote support is offered during working hours with options for longer coverage up to 24 hour
support if required.

How this is charged

Our Support bundles are charged based on your environment, the number of users and the
number of devices and services that you run. We charge a fixed fee per user per month which
provides with you sufficient support hours to manage and maintain your environment. Should
you wish to have a person deployed on site, this will be costed out separately at an agreed
monthly rate.
