Eldama’s Platinum Managed IT offers clients a complete outsourced solution for all their main IT needs. Platinum Managed IT leverages the Office 365 platform to provide hosted email and the full Microsoft Office suite. This solution also offers voice and video services and file sharing and collaboration using Microsoft SharePoint. Access to all files and services are available from any location with an internet connection making your life in and out of the office simple. Platinum Managed IT greatly simplifies your IT requirements and brings all your core requirements to one vendor including centralized management of your infrastructure and devices. We also take care of your key security needs with a managed firewall in your office, endpoint antivirus, offsite backup to protect your data, backed up with a combination of on‐site and remote support to give you peace of mind.

HOW THIS WORKS

The solution is assembled with the following components and it can be built using an existing “On Premise” AD server or fully cloud driven. As part of the solution, we will upgrade all your machines to Windows 10 to take advantage of the benefits of Windows 10.

  • Offsite Data Backup – to backup all your data to ensure that in case of a loss of data (either
    malicious or by mistake), your data is backed up elsewhere and is safe * (20GB per user;
    additional data is chargeable)
  • Device management ‐ including software deployment, managed security updates and device management
  • Group Policies – to manage your infrastructure and control what users can and cannot do on
    their PCs and devices, protecting your environment
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) – to protect against data loss in the event that a phone,
    tablet or laptop is lost which contains company confidential information

Network Control & Device Management

  • User Identity & Access Management – controlling logins into your network and permissions for
    users
