The service comprises three key elements;

Eldama takes the pain out of your IT management with our “Virtual IT” support bundles. Unlike an in-house IT person who attempts to manage the day to day IT issues without focus on more strategic IT related and security issues, Eldama provides you with a support resource pool who focuses not only on the support but provides the more strategic thinking and planning which is done centrally by us to ensure that your overall solution is robust and properly planned.

• On-site support resource focused on face to face support. The engineer will provide necessary technical support and assistance to ensure all IT related equipment operates as required. This covers PCs, Servers, Printers and any other items agreed upon as part of this support contract. Configuration of new devices or changing configurations on request from the Client will be done as required.

• Remote support Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm focused on resolution of day to day issues remotely. These will include services under the platinum cloud offering.

• Recommendations will also be provided regarding the IT infrastructure on a monthly basis and items which require immediate attention will be notified to the Client’s appointed officer in writing.
